Candlelight and You

My name is Guerdy Jean and I am the proud owner of Candlelight and You LLC. I am mother, a lupus survivor and a inspiring "Mompreneur". I've mentioned those 3 key points, simply because they are the driving force behind my business. In 2020, I was placed on leave due to the pandemic and automatically became a full time teacher to a high school Junior and a 2nd grader. Although, I found joy in spending more family time together, at times it became overwhelming. I needed an outlet, something  I could do just for me, something therapeutic. I have always had a love for candles and worked with one of the top candle retailers for many years. However, the downside was, most candles contained harmful chemicals and additives. After time, research, practice, and physical setbacks, due to my lupus, Candlelight and You was created. 100% all natural soy wax candles with all natural ingredients. As a person with an autoimmune disease, it is important to provide a product that is safe, beneficial and satisfying. Although, something as small as a candle may not solve all of our problems, our mission is to bring light to darkness, one candle at a time.
